Budding Tutoring always strives to make tutoring the best possible experience for students, clients and tutors. If there is any kind of feedback, concern or complaint that any student, client, tutor or other stakeholder would ever like to lodge with Budding Tutoring, they are encouraged to do so by emailing matt@buddingtutoring.com.
Budding Tutoring follows the Complaints and Feedback guidelines in its Child Safe Environments policy if formal complaint or feedback is lodged in this way. The result of the internal investigation conducted therein may involve arbitration or voluntary severance of the client relationship if Budding Tutoring finds that it cannot provide the required service. It may, if reasonable and practicable, involve justified refund of any payments rendered to Budding Tutoring for services it may find not to have adequately provided.
Budding Tutoring’s Child Safe Environments policy is available on request to clients, tutors, students, schools, government organisations, or any other relevant stakeholders by emailing matt@buddingtutoring.com to ask for a copy of the policy.
